These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bajle ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajle website located at https://bajle.bet and all related services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bajle platform.

bajle reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. (d) You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bajle platform for violation of these Terms or any other reason at bajle's reasonable discretion.

2. Account Registration and KYC

To access wagering and deposit features on bajle, you must register an account. During registration and at subsequent points at bajle's discretion, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following rules apply to your account:

(a) You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, whether held under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any associated balances.

(b) All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

(d) You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. Any activity conducted on your account using your login details will be treated as your own actions, whether or not you authorised them. Notify bajle support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus activity:

(b) Money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or a criminal offence under applicable law.

(c) Registering or using an account on behalf of another individual, or allowing another individual to use your registered account.

(d) Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game offered on the platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise be payable under normal gameplay conditions.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bajle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

(a) Where you have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to those relating to eligibility, KYC, prohibited conduct, and bonus abuse.

(b) Where bajle is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority. In such cases, bajle will endeavour to communicate the basis for closure to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if bajle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bajle's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bajle, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. bajle aims to acknowledge all support queries within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to formal arbitration or the competent judicial authority as required by applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bajle reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bajle will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice published on the platform. Your continued use of the bajle platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting bajle support.
